    Long-winded and tedious, but this piece caught my eye:
    • ... And so proper trading relations, proper aid systems are vital. Conversely, we don’t want to open up our small market to private investors. For example, they intend to have an international e-university, a virtual university. This will devastate Africa. And, of course, the whole assumption of these will be for profit, not for national growth and development. That’s the important thing.
