Do most universities require their adjuncts to meet in person frequently? In other words, how much travel would be involved?
For the most part travel can be from none to very light. It depends on the school. In 6 years of online teaching I have not traveled and some faculty get togethers have been online. There have been some occassions (two I can think of) to travel but due to regular fulltime work constraints I have not been able to attend. John
