California College for Health Sciences is making some major changes. They are now under new management by the folks who manage nine other colleges in UT, CO, AZ and now CA. Additionally, new programs in psychology, nursing, physical therapy, surgery (?), dietetics and nutrition will be offered. Soon a doctoral degree program will be available. On the downside, tuition will increase and students will no longer be able to pay per course. New students will have to enroll in the full program and have their tuition financed by National Loan Servicing Center. Current students pay CCHS directly. Current tuition for currently enrolled students is locked in until Jan. 1.

    Re: College America

LOL! I meant that CollegeAmerica is the parent company of the school I formerly attended and it appears they have a connection with CCHS.

Jimmy, what schools in AZ do they 'manage'?

Will the new programs be offered on campus or by distance learning? I went to their web site and could not find any new info. They have been advertising new programs in San Diego news papers recently also...
