Now and then I've had the need to find a book that is out of print. With the advent of the internet, amazon, alibris, etc. it hasn't been too hard to find what I've wanted (especially if you're willing to pay the price). It has been more difficult (for me) if the book is from a non-US publisher and is now "out of print." If you've ever been in this position please try the following link for Biblioquest International

    Thank you for this.

I've been quite find of www.bookfinder.com, for the same purposes.

(And I found out one day that bookfinders.com is a porn site.)

    Thanks, Jack--but watch the prices!

For example: a used copy of the Torres Amat Spanish Bible, pub. by Stampley 1965ff., is A$265 or US$175. You can get the thing new at Borders or B&N for US$30.

Similarly high comparative prices obtained in a few other searches I did. So if nobody else has what you want, go for it, but make sure that's the case.
