    Okay, try this

From where you are currently sitting or standing, raise your right foot up just off the ground and start making a clockwise circle with it. While making a clockwise circle with your foot, take your right hand and draw a number six in the air..........

At this point your foot will automatically change direction to go counter clockwise............Very Strange.................

I sent this to my church member group list and every one said they experienced the change in direction. I guess you prove nothing is 100%.

I think you two were concentrating on the changes and not allowing nature to take its course. If I hadn't stated what would happen chances are both of you would have experienced the oddity, perhaps? Anyway, it does work for most. Thanks, Bill, for your "oddity" but now, this one works opposite than you present with me!

    Jimmy,

    Mine didn't either...

So, spinning your legs like a bicycle? or lateral ways like doing exercises?

Is it a corrdination thing? For example, try using both your index fingers, point them together, and make one go clockwise and one counterclockwise (so that they chase each other)..

This is easy right? Now try making both of them go one direction.. I don't know about you but this screws me up. It doens't feel natural or something.

    Best Regards,
    Bill

I work out 6 days a week and have done so for years.
I have my body(and mind) under control.

    Could that be the answer?
