sort of... I have met all the requirements for the degree, but they won't stamp the transcripts with "Master of Arts" until after we "walk across the stage" at the graduation ceremony on December 15th. It is a university rule. When I got my undergraduate degree, the college stamped the transcript with "Bachelor of Science" within a week of completing all the requirements. But for all practical purposes, I'm done with the MA!!! Now I'm applying to NCU's PhD program (with a concentration in criminal justice).
Congratulations! Although I don't have time to visit it often, I hope you still have time to run your discussion forum while doing your doctoral program. Dave
Congratulations! I am curious about something. When your name is listed with letters, e.g., John Doe, MA, how will you address this? Me Again, MA MA, MA
Thanks all for the pats on the back. Being congradulated at DegreeInfo.com is better than the ceremonial graduation where we have to walk across the stage at the university.
Congratulations! I am sorry to see that anybody would say "who cares". Anytime somebody completes an educational goal, he or she should be congratulated.
I too was surprised at 4 people voting "who cares." I'm a cynical bastard, but even I'm not THAT much of a bastard! So congratulations to Me Again. I assume that the moniker Me Again reflected the degree he has been pursuing. So when he starts his PhD, he'll need a new moniker. Pusillanimous hairy Dog?
Congradulations? Is this a wonderful new word, invented to offer congratulations to a graduate? I am happy to use it. Congradulations! I can see the T-shirts already: CONGRADULATIONS! Could be sold along with those like the one I got for Rich Douglas: PHINISHED
PHinnisheD Ugh, that's a long ways away!!! The PhD coursework doesn't intimidate me, but the dissertation does. But like my aunt says, "You can't eat the elephant all at once. You'll have to do it one bite at a time."
Congratulations! Congratulations, me again (and I say this with all due respect )! I look forward to the day when we all can address you as Dr. H. P.S. Is your aunt willing to share some recipes?
Congratulations Mr. me again. I hope that you will unmask yourself after receiving a doctorate from NCU . Ike Okonkwo, PhD.
