Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Informatics - Looking for Recommendations

I've shifted my career to Healthcare Information Technology and I'm strongly considering a Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics to help with the resume and broaden the knowledge base.

I'd like a RA Graduate Certificate in that area. Ideally, I'd also like something that's fairly economical, but I will pay a bit if I have to (I have good employer benefits in this area). Also, fully online is a must.

I'd always thought that the University of Texas, Health Science Center at Houston would be my route. But I want to consider alternatives.
