I would like to thank everyone who has posted info for me on the BSW program. I will be using it for the MSW program. With a BSW I can begin in an accelerated program. If the program I take is out of the country it will take one year off of my MSW if it is within the country I can take the MSW in one year so it drops two years from the program. I would like to find something thats in the U.S. it will have to be CSWE approved. I know about the one in Manitoba Canada it will take one year from my MSW however I can't get in until Sept of 2003. I hate to take a year off. I just keep on searching. Thanks, any other replys are certainly welcome and needed. Brenda

    Dahlen -

I'm also considering going for an MSW. I'd really appreciate it if you would share the results of your research.

    Thanks,
    Mayer

Brenda - While there are many, many MSW programs around the country (and the world), I do not believe that any of them can be earned entirely through DL. If you are thinking about a non-US MSW program then you should be sure to check with the state licensing board where you intend to practice in order to insure that the particular degree program which you plan on enrolling is acceptable for licensure. Good luck,
