Good Morning, Trying to help two friends. One is looking for the lowest cost RN to BSN program in NJ. I am thinking TESU but could be wrong. She worked as a LPN for years but has no college credit. Friend two is looking for a Graduate Degree in Nursing. She has 15 grad credits but they may not transfer because of the age of the credits. Thanks. Hiile
