Via sanantone here, here's a list [pdf] of entry-level programs in occupational therapy in the U.S. where some portion of each program is available by distance.

Note that very few of the programs listed offer more than 50% by distance, and that all for but one of that subset, it's stipulated that they use is distance learning "between main campus and additional location" – this could mean required B&M attendance at a satellite campus, with teleconferencing to the main campus.

The list currently posted is from 2011. Via the AOTA's Distance Education page, this is still the most recent update at this writing.

Occupational Therapy Aide.. this would be an add on for my employment. The only financially viable option is Penn Foster with name recognition ( not great). Ideas? Thanks. hille

I'm not sure how useful it is to have a credential as an occupational therapy aide. It might be like being a veterinary assistant where clinics would rather just have veterinary technicians. I don't know if your state licenses occupational therapy assistants, but my state does. They also require AOTA accreditation which Penn Foster does not have.
