This is our old friend Dominick Flarey. He has been associated, according to the DegreeInfo archive, with the unwonderful Breyer State, St. Regis, and Richard Hoyer, also associated with quite a number of unwonderful things related to distance education. There's a pretty damning thread about Flarey here and here. So I'd say run the other way.
It is totally worthless in the State of Alabama. For it to be useful for licensure it would have to RA - Alabama has not yet moved to approve NA classes - I think there is a suit against the licensing bodies - not sure. For it to be useful for CEU's it would have to be approved by either the NBCC for Counselors, the NSWA for Social Workers, and the APA for Psychologists. So, it appears to be totally worthless in my state.
