B&M PhD Psychology Online?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of any mainly Brick & Mortar schools that have a PhD in Psychology online? I have been looking all over and so far I know of Chicago Professional School, but it's in international psychology which would require international travel at some point in the program. I am looking for more clinical, counseling, health or general psychology programs. Thank you.

Thank you, that would of been an awesome one, but they seem to have no online Psychology PhD's.

 

Someone here can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember reading here that there is only one PhD in psychology that is APA accredited and offered entirely via distance ... ie, the one offered by Fielding Graduate University. If you're willing to do a non-APA accredited degree you will likely have more degree options available but I'm not sure how useful they would be?

You're correct. Saybrook is supposively working on getting APA accreditation, but there's no indication of where they're at. (I think Saybrook has a campus, could be wrong though)

Not a traditional Ph.D. or Psy.D, but The University of Louisiana-Monroe College of Education and Human Development offer a fully-online non-clinical Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy in Creative Systemic Studies. Graduate tuition is $197.90 per hr. x 60-hrs. = $11874.49. (All ULM online program graduate students are assessed at the Louisiana resident tuition rate).

BTW, this non-clinical online doctorate is a New University of Louisiana-Monroe program (ULMGold).

I am currently enrolled and it is an inexpensive quality program with CACREP and full regional accreditation (HLC/ NCA).
