Can you comment on what the classes are like? Im taking typical projects, papers, length etc!

Anything else you wish to share about it?

I am considering them for my MA in Mental Health counseling and want to be all informed before I take the plunge!

    Thanks

Hi - I don't know much about the program specifics but would like to offer the standard advice: Please be sure that the course meets the standards for licensure in your state.

My wife is ABD at Walden in Psychology. I can not speak about the counseling side.

I did an MSEd program with Walden. The courses were 8 weeks long. From what I remember, we had papers due during weeks 1-7. We also had reflective papers due during weeks 3 and 7. During week 8 we had to submit an assignment we wanted to include with our portfolios and explain our rationale behind choosing it. There was also discussion each week and little quizzes.

I'm not sure how the counseling program is, but I absolutely loved the program I did. If their PhD in Education with a concentration in K-12 Administration led to licensure, I'd jump on it!

    Thanks for that information Matt!

I am leaning more towards them everyday!
