Hi John - The good news is that some DL programs are out there. The not so good news is that they seem to be geographically restricted, that is, you can do the degree if you live in the appropriate state. I haven't really looked these programs over but I'm assuming that the geographical restriction has to do with the internship requirements. All are from RA schools that have regular "brick and mortar" MSW programs as well. Please be aware that licensure regulations vary from state to state. Here's the list:
Cleveland State Univ./U of Akron (joint program)
    Michigan State U
    U of Minnesota
    U of N. Dakota
    U of Washington
    Portland State U
There's also a program at James Cook Univ. in Australia although I have no idea how foreign MSW degees are viewed by licensing boards.
You may get some helpful information at the National Assoc. of Social Workers (NASW) web site: http://www.naswdc.org
    Good luck,
    Jack
