   A friend of mine who currently holds the R.N., B.S.N. and M.S.N. is interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing education via distance learning. Can anyone suggest a good, reliable and accredited program in the United States or abroad?

   If money is a factor, she could look at South Africa. Their nursing doctorates are styled DCur, for Doctor Curationis. Here's a Google search:
