    Hello,

Does anyone know of good DL accredited schools with the SHORTEST, minimum requirements for the MSW program? I'm looking for the A - Z approach, skipping hurdles "C" through "Y" (as much as possible).

I don't know how realistic this is, but I know that every school has its own requirements. I'm trying to prepare early as I complete my BS degree...and find the quickest route to my graduate goals, so any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

The only useful M.S.W. degree (for licensing) will come from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, which doesn't accredit purely DL programs.

Considering the work of Social Workers, I think it's actually good that there isn't a pure DL route to that degree.

Actually, the way the programs work could be served well by DL. You would have to do the practicum. If you have an undergrad from a CSWE school, most MSW programs waive the core classes anyway. Florida State has an online MSW, but it is limited to Florida residents. My wife thought this would be a good opportunity for us to move to Florida, bu I have had my fill/.

    Here is their link.

Some variant of this question has been asked a number of times and there are a few different threads that have developed in answer to those questions. This one's better than most:

If you plug the terms MSW Social Work into the search function you'll get the rest. In short, it's not very encouraging. Let us know if anything turns up.
