Hey, gurus. What are the two or three cheapest (has to be legal and acreditd) psychology programmes? Phd level?

You just want doctorates in Psychology or doctorates that qualify for licensure as a psychologist?? North
And after South Africa would come a raft of other non-US ones, especially Australia: Monash, Melbourne, Southern Queensland, Cowan, Sturt. More than SA but generally much less than US ones. I was surprised when I got a private Email from someone with some questions about UNISA, and when I gave her a "South Africa" reply, it turned out she was asking about the University of South Australia.
