    To those in the know,
I have decided to go for the Psychology emphasis at excelsior. I am not enrolled so I cannot get any questions answered from them. I have read that I need to take statistics. Does any one know if this has to be upper or lower level credit or either. I will have to take a class at the cc because I don't feel confident enough to take an exam for it.

    Thanks in advance,

Fed - I'm taking a stats class right now from the University of Texas - Austin that can be taken under three different names, Statistics in Nursing, or Psychology, or Education. It's the same class, you just pick which area you want in the name. It's 14 lessons, 2 exams and the exams are open book and you are allowed 1 sheet of notes while taking the exam. I'm working on lesson 4 right now. It was a least offensive stats class I could find by DL, and I was directed to it by Papa Georgia here on this board.

You might want to look at it. I'm bad in math and I'm working pretty hard in it but I believe I will make it. Hope this helps you. Oh, and it's only 299.00 and the book was about 60.00 used.

Perhaps I should have made myself clearer. For the Stat requirement, Does it have to be an upper level statistics class or can it be lower level?
