    Rich:

    If I still had your e-mail I would ask this privately, but I noticed at http://books.dreambook.com/tributes/tributes.html that Dr. Goldblatt states that he has a Ph.D. from MIGS.

    Is he pulling a fast one here or ... is he the first MIGS graduate.

    More like a slow one. Take a look at that list of "degrees." That should answer your question. This unidentified person is not taken seriously in distance education circles.

    I do not have any idea who is and who is not a student at MIGS/CEU. But to say this person is not likely a student is putting it mildly.

    MIGS/CEU is yet to award its first Ph.D. degree. It is therefore clear that this joker (Godie) did not earn a Ph.D. from MIGS.
