DL Doctorate W/ Residency Entitle to Full BAH From the VA

I contacted Colorado Technical University ’s admission advisor and VA representative. I was told that the Doctorate is mainly online; however, it requires 1 residency per every other quarter. The student entitles to full E-5 w/ Dependent housing allowance from the VA bases on Colorado Springs’ zip code.

Does anybody know if Walden, Capella , Nova Southeastern University , or any other school offers the same? I am trying to get full BAH for tuition after my benefit is exhausted.

    Thanks.
