Hello, my name is Scott and I am starting my research to the pros/cons in pursuing my Ph.D in either Adult Education or Training/Development. Background is in Adult Ed (finishing masters) and a Technical Trainer for 5+ years. At this point in my life, my only option would be pursuing online as I need to still work, support my family, etc. I'm hoping that this forum will help me in my decision making and ask me questions that I might not have even considered.
