Just stopping in to say 'Hi'. I am an Australian with a Bachelors degree in Education who has just started an online MBA with GradSchool- they run the University of Newcastle's (Australia) online programs for them. I also happen to work for them which I thought is best to declare upfront.

I'm not sure how many people who frequent this board consider Aussie uni's for their degrees but I am happy to help if I can. I've worked in Higher Ed for approximately 15yrs so I have a bit of experience to draw from. Best wishes to those who are currently studying and those looking to get into study. I wish I had started my MBA earlier!

Hi Jodie - I think it's safe to say that this board is populated primarily with people from the USA (I'd love more non-US people to contribute). There are so many online MBA degrees offered by US univesities I'd be surprised if we could find even one US resident earning an Australian MBA. There are some hard to find degrees, however where the Australian system might make an impact. For example, we've had great difficulty with doctoral degrees in History, Philosophy, Literature, etc. Got any?

Thanks for your reply Kizmet. GradSchool only runs one doctorate program and that is the DBA (professional doctorate). All of our other programs are coursework Masters or Grad Dip/Grad Certs. There are some online courses in Creative Writing that we offer, but unfortunately none in History or Philosophy at the moment. We actually do have some US students studying their MBA with us- but it's not a large cohort. We also have US students studying our Music Technology, Digital Media and Education programs.
