Cuban Music - all so wonderful! Latin / Jazz / AfroCuban: so much variety. Put on Cuban music and I can immediately smell powerful odors of rum, good cigars and sugar cane - though I can't indulge in the first two any more and have to limit the third. Oh well - no limit on the music! Ever! J.
And I forgot to tell you the part where I close my eyes and see dark-eyed Cuban women swaying and dancing to the music... J.
¡Y yo también, amigo! Y mexicanas, costarricenses, nicaragüenses, brasileñas y todas otras latinas ... J.
From the song: "...Every kind of girl There was long ones, tall ones, short ones, brown ones, Black ones, round ones, big ones, crazy ones..." OML! (I used to listen to E.B. with his previous band, The Animals, back in the 60s. Great group. Did a few John Lee Hooker and other blues remakes.) J.
Since you like Latin women, look up Iris Chacon on youtube! I would post it here but it might be a TOS violation since she likes to dance in a thong. She is like a Puerto Rican Marilyn Monroe curve wise. Ay dios mio! he he! She is from the 70's, and still looks hot!
That's nothing! I'm from the 40s and so do I! I'm a little past thong-dancing, though. Audience has to settle for guitar, harmonica etc. these days. I play sometimes in the park on good days. Sometimes women say nice things (honest) and a few even take pictures. Sometimes they don't. Men - never. J.
