I will soon start Managerial Econ in my MBA DL program. Since it's been a quarter century since I've taken calculus and micro/macro, any suggestions on managerial econ books/sites that will help a rusty student without getting bogged down? Thanks!

The MOOC link you provided is offered via the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) About IIMB | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Certainly a sound B-school (EQUIS /EFMD accreditation) … but not on par with the status of HBS...
