I recently joined the board after lurking for some time..... I just finished my A.S. through Excelsior (conferred last week) and I am in the process of completing my last 4 classes for my B.S. I have enjoyed reading most of the information on the board and I am looking forward to discovering an on-line M.Ed or M.A.E. to begin this summer. So far I've found Western Kentucky and Central Michigan to be attractive programs (especially WKU with the $250 an hour for military.....yea TA!). -Justin
Welcome, and congratulations on your achievement! If cost is a concern and you're looking for an education degree, be sure to check out the American College of Education. They're RA (Higher Learning Commission) and even cheaper than WKU for now; Online Masters of Education Degrees | American College of Education

Welcome, and congratulations. Watch that major56 guy, he's got an awful lot of information and he shares it freely. Same with that Bruce guy. Well, to be truthful, same for a lot of regular posters here. Good luck in your endeavors.
Hi Justin, what do you plan to do with an MEd or equivalent? What do you do (or want to do) in education?
If you're thinking of an MEd degree, over in the Education, Teaching and Related Degrees subforum there is something called the MEd sticky.
Not sure yet... I am currently in the Navy, I've been in for 13 years and plan to stay in for about 10 more. Not really sure what I want to do when I "grow up"...however, I find adult/technical education and training to be very interesting.
