Are there any AACSB DL MBA's with concentrations in sustainability, environmentally friendly .. or green MBA's?
Portland State: http://www.gradbusiness.pdx.edu/assets/mba_concentrations/ConcSustainableEnterprise2007.pdf The Aspen Institute promotes MBA programs that emphasize sustainability, and publishes rankings in its yearly "Beyond Grey Pinstripes" review. http://www.aspeninstitute.org/ Also, I would direct you to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_MBA
Jonathan Whatley has a Sustainability thread over at www.degreediscussion.com. Maybe you could "tease out" the AACSB schools from his thread.

CU Denver - MBA with a specialization in 'Managing for Sustainability' http://business.cudenver.edu/Graduate/ProMBA/Track_Sustainability.htm
This program was just ranked #25 worldwide and #1 in the Pacific Northwest by the Aspen Institute: http://www.pdx.edu/news/portland-state-s-mba-program-named-1-in-the-northwest-25th-in-the-world I think there is some limited residency though.
While it isn't a MBA, Harvard Extension offers a ALM degree with a concentration in sustainability and environmental management. There is a residency requirement, but some classes can be completed via distance learning. You can search the forum here to learn more about how some people go about completing the residency requirement. http://www.extension.harvard.edu/envr/default.jsp
