For those of you who keep up with all the latest news, could you tell me what companies have had ethical "issues" in the past 2-3 years. A URL to the story would also help. Thanks-

Randall, Here is a story from today - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7384937.stm Why have you asked this question? I'm curious as this may well up being the subject of my MBA dissertation. All the best, Dave C.
You might also want to check out Corporate Knights, a Canadian magazine. The focus is more on positive-side stuff, corporate social responsibility and environmentalism, than negative-avoidance-side stuff like corporate response to scandals and ethical dilemmas. Inevitably, Wikipedia has categories for business ethics, corporate scandals and corporate crime. The literature on crisis management might also be helpful. Good luck!
