Everywhere I have lived in the USA classes are held for people who need a GED. Assuming you live in MD not check around.
Here might be some starting points:

GED, Adult Literacy- GED classes, class schedule, Adult ESOL Literacy and GED, Montgomery College, Maryland

You're not giving us any information that we can use to help you decide which alternative is best. How far did you get in school? Were you a good student? Is there a convenient GED program in your area? How long would it take you to finish it? How much would it cost? Online schools are not free. Do you have a source of income? How much can you afford? Think about those questions and then look here:

    and then look here:

    Best of luck.

Oh yea, now you are getting some replies! :)

Since you are 19 (right?) you are still young and should be able to catch up with no problem. You'll just have to work really hard at it. Also, STAY WITH IT, don't give up no matter what happens. (I gave this same advice to another young friend of mine just tonight)

I'm no expert on this subject by a long shot, but this is what I know: The GED is designed for people who didn't finish high school and it is a way of earning your diploma without doing some of the nonsense that high school students have to go through. I other words, it's designed for adults who need to catch up with their high school diploma. When you are done, you have a legit diploma just like everyone else.
