Just discovered M.I.T. Source Ware. Does anyone have information on this? Do any of these course apply toward credit? Or what?

  2. I'd opt for "or what." IIRC, this is the project where MIT professors can choose to post their course materials ("open source") on the Web, right?

If so, then no-- there's no academic credit associated per se with your browsing the materials.

But-- and I'd be very interested in knowing if anybody has/is/will attempt this-- the materials for some courses look like they could easily be adapted to a "contract learning" arrangement at TESC or any other school that'll allow self-designed independent study.

Where else can you find a prepackaged set of resources-- lectures, assignments, references-- for an independent learning project in "Economic Applications of Game Theory?"
