Just a question for anyone in the doctoral program, specifically the Health Sciences track. Does anyone know if the program places an emphasis on research, papers, course work, or what? I am trying to get a feel of what to expect if I enroll in program from an experienced perspective.
"Does anyone know if the program places an emphasis on research, papers, course work, or what? I am trying to get a feel of what to expect if I enroll in program from an experienced perspective." Yes, yes, and yes ... coming from a College of Business Administration Ph.D. student ... and you'll find even more of an emphasis on all three as the Touro programs are continuing to raise the bar and expand the academics. http://www.tourou.edu/chs/phd.htm is the link for the Ph.D. program that you mention. A quick review of that page shows the parameters for the HS program. As I recall there are several Touro CHS Ph.D learners lurking on this site ... perhaps they can add to this. Hope this helps! Billy
