I think I am going to go with Excelsior College and complete a BS in Liberal Arts.
They gave credit for 84 community college credits plus 3 units of Novell certs, so I am 33 credits from the BS degree.
If I can complete two 3 unit exams per month, I could be done within 6 months after I start.

So I need 21 units of upper level Arts and Sciences, plus 9 upper level credits of Applied Professional units, plus 3 misc units to total the 120 credit minimum.

I also need to meet the depth requirements. I have taken 1 three unit pyschology course at the jc, so I could take 3 upper level psych exams to have a total of 12 units in pychology to meet that depth requirement or else 12 upper level units of exams in some other A&S subject.
I already have 12 units in computer science, but they are all lower level except for the 2 unit Novell exam. Since there a no 1 unit upper division CS exams, I will also need to take a 3 unit exam to meet the depth requirement for Applied Prof. arts and sciences.

Any suggestions on which exams to take and should I take CLEP, Dantes or Excelsior exams?

From a $$$ point of view, you should take CLEP or DANTES since they are cheaper. However, CLEP's are not going to get you any upper division credit.

For those 3 misc. credits you need, just take Here's to Your Health (DANTES) or similar. No adult should need to study for that exam, so it is a freebie.

The upper division psych. credits would be very easy to fill, since there are so many to choose from. Drug & Alcohol Abuse (DANTES) is very easy.

Organizational Behavior (upper division ECE) counts toward arts or applied professional, so that would be a good one to take - you can just stick it where you need it.

See here for a rough level of difficulty of all exams:
