Hi Everybody. It's my first time to post in this forum though I'm a regular reader.

Does anyone know the Gibaran Management Institute in Australia (www.gmia.sa.edu.au) who offer PhD in Management??

Is this school accredited?? What is the reputation of this school??

    Thanks in advance.

We all sit by, waiting for George Brown to reply. (The Institute is in the same city where he lives, I believe.)

If indeed it is recognised under AQF, and if indeed founder/president Selvarajah ("Selva") Abraham has a Ph.D. from Flinders and is an adjunct faculty at Southern Cross, that bodes well for legitimacy.

Thank you John - working on a long report today so did not get a chance to check the site as frequently as I should.

Yes, magiccup, Gibaran is as legit as they come, very well run and listed on the South Australian Higher Education Register to offer degrees up to PhD. They have an Action Learning focus as main methodology for delivery. Selva is a fine man (he came to our graduation last week) and his better half, Param, is on our Academic Board.

A very well run and highly credible organisation. Highly recommended.

    Cheers,

    George
