    I think paper.

    However, I have never actually touched my diploma. I had a relative pick it up for me at the dean's office of my school (I was out of town at the time). When I got it from my relative HE HAD FRAMED IT:D . So I may never find out ;)

    Mine are two small plastic cards - the Ukrainian standard "State" form of accredited diplomas.
