Hi, I Wonder how is the acceptance of Bachelor degree from West coast institute of management and technology in further studies. I ask this question because 3 of my friens who graduated from there have been accepted in in legitimate and accredited UK and US intitutions. How is actually their position in academic? Thanks Eric
Well, it is an Australian college, offering a variety of VET stuff, but has no authority whatsoever to grant degrees in Australia. It is not listed on the AQF Register in Western Australia to grant degrees. So the question your friends must be asking is, 'From which jurisdiction does WCIMT obtain its degree granting authority?' Hi George, If it does not have the authorities and not recognized by the AQF so I assume that the institution is not accredited and should not be well accepted.However,after checking its website,How could so many legitimate institutions In Australia accept transfer credit from there? In addition,how could also m friends were accepted from various accredited institution the UK and US? Thanks
It appears that WCIMT has associations with colleges in both America and the UK. It appears that they will accept certain course work done for transfer work.
WCMIT Based on the info on their website. It seems Victoria University of Technology, Australia, recognize their works. Despite the recognition from the Australian government, how is the quality their academic works? Can anyone who has attended the school give some comments?
