    By the way, there is also no such thing as a "charter" issued by the Northern Mariana Islands. I checked with a professor at College of the N.M.I. and he checked with the NMI government--ain't no such critter as a "charter". There are three outfits "licensed" by the CNMI Board of Regents: IPBC, Eucon, and Saipan-Tinian U. None of these is accredited. Now a $10K fee for licensing is assessed to weed out dubious enterprises.

    Also, the College of the Northern Mariana Islands and the University of Guam have quite interesting websites (tho no DL, IIRC).
