To learn Yogic Flying http://www.tm.org/sidhi/index.html and http://www.mum.edu/introduction/yogic_flying.html http://www.mum.edu/introduction/welcome.html The university is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association, the oldest and largest accrediting organization in the United States.
I assume that you really did mean 'mediation'. California State University, Dominguez Hills offers a distance learning M.A. in Behavioral Sciences, with a specialization in Negotiation and Conflict Management http://www.csudh.edu/dominguezonline/beh.htm I don't know much about this program, except that lots of LA area police officers are enrolled in it. It doesn't require any visits to the CSUDH campus. It doesn't require a thesis, but it does have a final comprehensive exam (proctored) and an internship. You set both of those up where you are. I'm a graduate of CSUDH's Humanities external degree program, and I liked it. CSUDH is one of the California State Universities, it's fully accredited, and it raises none of the familiar recognition concerns that Degreeinfo talks about so much. Many Asian students are enrolled in its DL programs.
Actually, yogic flying looks a lot more fun and probably is just as useful. If you are just looking for an online course or two, try WorldWideLearn.com for their list of online Conflict Management & Negotiation Training. The Conflict Research Consortium at the University of Colorado has an online course in Intractable Conflict. Canyon College has an online course in ADR. Here's a paralegal school that offers an online ADR certificate. The European Network University offers an online course in Transforming Civil Conflicts. (Not clear what they get transformed into.) ACCRI offers an online course in conflict resolution, but neither the links nor the email addresses work so it's anybody's guess how you can sign up. If you are well-motivated try the Sullivan University "100% online" MS degree in Dispute Resolution program. They also have a shorter certificate program. Don't try to find this from their main site, there don't seem to be any links. No tuition info on the site either, but to save you the trouble it's $1385 total per 4 unit class. You need 11 at that price for the degree, plus one class at $1585, for a total of $16,820.
