The State of Hawaii, by its Office of Consumer Protection, filed suit today against American World University of Iowa, Inc. (an Iowa corporation) and American World University (a Louisiana corporation). The suit alleges that the defendants violated various provisions of Hawaii's Unaccredited Degree Granting Institutions Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 446E) and seeks injunctive relief, restitution, civil penalties and other equitable relief.

    Great work, Jeffrey!

I'm sure that AWU operator Maxine Asher is considering whether to relocate to Atlantis (which she's recently discovered off the coast of Spain) to avoid prosecution... that or hurredly digging up the magic Atlantean crystals to change her luck...

Go get 'em! Amid the crap and blather of this vale of tears, your relentlessness is a thing of beauty.
