I'm using Questia for some of my research needs. It's not a bad online library, but I've seen better. If you can afford spending a little more, try jstor.org. (perhaps your university has access to their site). This is an exceptional online library that contains thousands of articles, dissertations, journals and e-books on just about every subject and discipline.
I tried it but didn't like it because the articles were limited in scope and were three years old (and much older). I dropped it as soon as I saw how bad it was. But that was over six months ago. Maybe it's improved since then, but I doubt it.
