    I just received the fall extension catalog for Cal State U Long Beach. It describes their proposed new MSEM degree which "will be offered entirely over the Internet." This degree, which is pending WASC review (!!!!!), will be offered jointly by CSULB (engineering components) and Cal State U Dominguez Hills (business and management). For info visit
