The State of Hawaii, by its Office of Consumer Protection, filed suit today against Kensington University (a Hawaii corporation) fka Kensington International University and Kensington University (Hawaii). The suit alleges that the defendant violated various provisions of Hawaii's Unaccredited Degree Granting Institutions Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 446E) and seeks injunctive relief, restitution, civil penalties and other equitable relief.

Does anybody have a current, active website for Kensington University? I would like to check and see if they still post a claim that they do not accept California residents as students. Every page on kensington.edu is currently blank. (I know how to access the cached pages, but I'd like to see more recent ones.) Thanks!
