It has been erroneously reported in some Chinese newspapers (and perhaps other media) that the recent settlement of the State of Hawaii’s lawsuit against Honolulu University has caused the university to shut down or cease operations. That is not factually true. The injunctive provisions of the stipulated judgment settling the case permit HU to continue operations so long as it complies with the proper disclosures and other requirements of Hawaii law. O captain, my captain! Keep up the good work. As one who is cautiously open to reputable/substantive unaccredited state-approved schools, I really appreciate--and have obliquely been helped by--your efforts to hang the scoundrels from the yardarm.
Jeffrey, It's too bad they don't have a good consumer protection attorney like you in Liberia and Nevis & St. Kitts.
