NCC offers distance learning

    Its the first time I have heard about this. Is it RA ?

    Yes. Middle States Association.

    only 18 credits... that is a limit.

    It looks like only 18 credits can apply to a program at that university. this limits the use for distance learning. Plus course offering is limited (http://www.ncc.edu/online/course_listing.html)
    , but if you just need a few credits not a bad price.

    It is RA and part of the State University of New York College system.

    Nassau is a two year community college. You still have to take 42 credits in residency.

    Keep in mind that the $111.00 per credit only applies if one is a resident of Nassau County or if a resident of Suffolk a waiver has been obtained. (Nassau and Suffolk are counties on Long Island, NY)
