    When I spoke with the folks at the school about a year ago, they were unequivacally NOT planning on offering their master's programs via distance learning; a shame, IMHO, since they have much of the infrastructure in place already (and a pretty star-studded cast of faculty & lecturers.) The certificate program is still attractive, though.

    Contrast to the $40K +/- for the International Diplomacy program at Tufts, and it's a bargain.
