I found this online program and thought that since a lot of people visiting this site are under a lot of stress they might want to change their major and get a HEALTHY DEGREE.

Iridology Studies or becoming a Doctor of Natural Health are my first choices

Columbia Pacific University used to require all of its students complete a "healthscription" module. It was the first time I'd seen the word "holistic" in print (around 1980). Also, it was one of the few times before or since that I'd seen where a school required--as part of its degree requirements--some semblance of wellness.

Union Institute and University's Ph.D. program requires a separate learning block called "Personal Development" where the learner identifies an activity he/she will do during the doctoral program that is new and completely unrelated to one's areas of study. It is designed to give you something non-academic to focus on. Some people exercise, others learn a new hobby. I ran a marathon. Then the learner writes up the experience and discusses how it impacted his/her learning and life.
