This is the second time WIU has asked me to complete a survey regarding a Masters program. The first was 5-6 years ago. They may be just testing the waters again.

I present at technology conferences each year with a professor from Western Illinois U. In November, we are going to be presenting papers about our experiences in the development of an online masters program (his at WIU and mine at La Sierra University).

So it looks like Western is really serious about it this time. I don't think that it is just testing the waters (or else my friend's part of the presentation will be REALLY short):p
