    Greetings to the mighty forum~~~~

I've just been offered a job for teaching in a CA high school BUT
it's contingent on my getting my "intern credential" which means I need to pass the CA Teaching Credential "US Constitution Exam."

Does anyone have specific suggestions on how to study for this, or perhaps, how to study for the compatible CLEP exam?

When I took the test, I didn't study for it. However, the test has an incredibly low passing score as I recall, so I wasn't particularly worried. Something on the order of 50/100. I took it at a local community college that has made a small fortune from being the only place for a hundred miles that offers the durn thing.

    Thanks Tom

    I appreciate the reply.

If anything, this reminds me that the test will, in fact, be a no brainer.

    Re: Thanks Tom

And I've just noticed you're from Bakersfield. The test can be taken at College of the Sequoias in Visalia. Not that far if it saves you from taking a class.

    NIIIIIICE! :D :D :D

If I don't pass it at BC, I'll take it there next, then just "move out" from there until I pass!!!

    just passed

    FYI Tom,

I just passed @ 75%, and the proctor said that was "well enough" probably meaning that the 50% pass rule is still in effect.

    Half the test was True/False.

We are making a study guide at PLNU Bakersfield. When my friend finishes it based on my and her experience, I'll try to post it here for the posterity of the great degree sharks.
