TESL/TEFL + Teaching Certificate

The Federal Govt - hallowed be thy name - has agreed to underwrite the cost of a certificate program.

Does anyone know of any graduate level certificate programs that might include TEFL/TESL and be online?

There are a couple of possibilities. One is Shenandoah University in West Virginia. They offer two certificate programs as well as master's program.

Some other possibilities would be the University of Texas, University of Sasketchawan, and University of Leicester (as well as others).
