    "A new business course developed by the British Columbia Open University (BCOU) has been selected by WebCT to receive an Exemplary Course designation. [...] In 2003, the six selected exemplary courses represent institutions in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. BCOU's ADMN 361, Open Thinking, received the highest possible ratings in the categories of course design, interaction and collaboration, technology, assessment, and learner support.
