BAOL membership is an interesting membership which I have been looking at for a while. Then appears...

    with the following accreditation statement...

'Cambridgeshire University’s Charter was approved by the government of the British Commonwealth of Saint Vincent and Grenadines in 1998. It is therefore became a Chartered Institution of Higher Learning in the British Commonwealth of Saint Vincent and Grenadines.

In 2000, CSU was granted accreditation by the International Education Ministry Accrediting Association (IEMAA) and Distance Graduation Accreditation Commission, an association registered with UNESCO.

CSU was accepted as a member of the British Association of Open Learning (BAOL) in 2002.

Since the beginning of 2003, CSU has been accepted as an accredited member of United Kingdom Council for Graduate Education (UKCGE) and listed in the UNESCO’s Higher Education Institution Registry (HEIR)

Most recently, Cambridgeshire University was granted the license and accreditation from the Russian Federation, Ministry of Higher Education.'

My god, it just sounds so convincing. But how does one get listed on the HEIR?

    Cheers,

    George

    What - no Liberian accreditation?

The surest way to get listed is to pay a fee?? in a country with a stone age economy.

The next easiest way is to operate a legitimate school recognized by their government.

But how does it compare to a "real school" like Kennedy Western?

It would appear that the campus of this fine school is located in the apartment of Anthony Chung, 3235 Hull Ave., Bronx, New York. Second floor, and down the hall to apartment 2-E. It's a small elevator; wonder if the entire Russian accreditation team fit in at one time.
