Hawaii Litigation Update: Honolulu University

    A trial date of February 23, 2004 has been scheduled in the case State of Hawaii v. Honolulu University of the Arts, Sciences and Humanities.

    HU is alleged to have failed to properly disclose its unaccredited status, to have improperly suggested or implied state approval or regulation and to have accepted tution while not not completely in compliance.     Thanks JE. If the school is not compliant, and as such, the HI government goes after, in my mind, this strenthens the reputation of Hawaii's Educational system. Please JE keep up the great work.
